Mass Cards
To order a Mass Card, complete the form below. There is a limit of 3 cards per order. Once we have received your submission, the mass card(s) will be sent to you. When you use the mass card, fill out the enclosed slip and send it to us with your offering for the card.
Mass Card Types:
- Get Well (Small) - Offering: $10
- Special Intention (Medium) - Offering: $12
- Healing Card (Medium) - Offering: $12
- In Memory (Medium) - Offering: $12
- Perpetual Remembrance (Large Soft cover) - Offering: $15
